Taudtmann Riesling Sekt brut nature traditional bottle fermentation

The grapes for this excellent vintner’s sparkling wine come from the best sites in the village of Briedel on the Moselle. The Briedeler Nonnengarten, the Briedeler Schäferlay and the Felsenterrassen Trieren are all three steep vineyards with slate soils typical of the Moselle. Only the best grapes are harvested by hand and used for the base wine for sparkling wine. The use of herbicides is completely avoided, thus preserving the biodiversity in the vineyards.
